High School Transition Process
Are you about to graduate and transition to high school? First, let us congratulate you! Here are some things for you to review to get you started. If you still have questions, drop in or schedule a visit with the Blach Counselor or Principal.

Is your student graduating and starting at Mountain View High School? Want to get ahead of things? Check out these messages from the MVHS PTSA. If you want to get involved, connect with Cindy Zinn, who was one of the awesome Blach PTA Presidents previously. |

Applying to Private High Schools
If your 8th grader is planning on applying to a private high school school, please ask them to read the Private High School Application Process Handout first. It will help your student understand what the process involves as well as clarify the steps and deadlines.
Important Dates
Mr. Spenader, Blach Principal, will be leading school-specific presentations for incoming parents at the following school sites:
- Loyola School: Friday, February 9, 9AM
- Springer PTA: Tuesday, February 27 (time TBD)
- Oak School: Friday, March 1, 9AM
In addition, the official Incoming Parent Information Night will take place at Blach on Thursday, February 29, 6-7PM.
